
Parker Web Solutions was approached by a client named Dr. Tony Alessandra who wanted to take his paper version of his behavioral style assessment called "The Platinum Rule" to the web.
The current assessment was administered by having users fill out a paper questionnaire and wait for the calculated results to be returned some time later. This process took days and a lot of time by those administering the assessments and calculating the results.
The goals of this project were to gather the user information and produce real-time results in seconds. These results are used by both individuals obtaining knowledge of themselves along with companies using this data to assist overall organizational productivity.
An additional request of this project was to include a full 360 degree study of the users profile by allowing for others to take the assessment as they see the original user in their daily interactions, whether it be at work, home or in social settings. The supplied results allows the users to see themselves in a particular style along with how others see them. This data gives the user a full 360 degree perspective.
Types of reporting includes asp.net graphs, pdf reports and a variety of email communications. Users would choose from a variety of links and options to further study their particular styles.

In creating this system Parker Web Solutions has been approached by a variety of clients interested in taking their current paper assessments and profiles and bringing them to life over the web. Using the current programming structures and logic Parker Web Solutions has accommodated this request and continues to do so for approved clients.
Many additional assessment systems have been created which cover the areas of leadership, sales effectiveness, team management, behavioral styles, goal setting, time management, relationships, and educational compatibility.
The programs have been broken down into three primary uses. 1. General retail sales of assessments and profiles. 2. Associate clients using the instruments as training and coaching tools. 3. Corporate clients analyzing overall company effectiveness and productivity.
